The website 4imprint.com offers a Destinations Luggage Tag with a full-color personalized print on one side, and space for students to write their name in permanent marker on the reverse side. With a 250-qty minimum order each tag is listed at $0.79 each, but when you add on the required $40 artwork fee the cost becomes $0.96 each. Not bad for a full-color, durable plastic luggage tag!
 
Boost Promotions Tags
At BoostPromotions.com you will find an amazing variety of shapes, sizes, and pre-fab designs. Using their standard “Bag Tag” you can get 250 tags with the all the same graphics at a cost of $1.25 each. However, to get a variety of different tags or for VARIABLE DATA options, you will pay up to $2.19 per tag (when getting 250). 

Homemade Tags
The laminator I used for my homemade tags is available at Amazon.com for $140. It is the Apache AL18P 18" Professional Laminator.

The pre-cut luggage tag laminator pouches at Uline.com (item #S-16233) are $0.46 each when you buy a few hundred.
