No Band Instrument Left Behind
"What is your FAVORITE instrument?", I am often asked. My answer: "Whatever instrument I am holding". I really like them ALL! I am definitely better at playing some than others, but every instrument is important to me. So, when I began the process of making fingering charts and flashcards for each instrument, I wanted to make sure each chart and each set of flashcards was equally attractive, useful, and effective. I want them to make sense to kids who are learning music for the first time. I didn't want to short-change any instrument so that all of my students have equally amazing resources with which to learn how to read and play their music.
